Meet Sue Findlay

If you were to ask me to describe myself in one sentence, the first thing I’d tell you is that “I love food.” But it goes far beyond that. I love to cook. I love to eat. And I love thinking about new and creative ways to cook healthy food that tastes great.

As for my background, I earned a masters degree in clinical social work. After spending many successful years in social work, I eventually decided to pursue a career that would allow me to combine my love of food and cooking with my interest in nutrition. In 2002, I successfully completed a cooking program at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and started The Wholesome Table. I received my training to practice Health and Nutrition Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

At the Wholesome Table, I draw on my love for cooking, clinical skills and knowledge of nutrition to help people balance good food and good taste.

See my cooking shows on the Needham Cable Channel. Here are some excerpts, White Bean and Avocado Wrap and Eating Across the Rainbow.
