My approach to personal nutrition

No two people are the same. By the same token, no one diet works for everyone. That’s why I take a holistic approach to nutrition. First, I look at everything that affects your eating and exercise habits. Like sleep, family schedules, and stress at work or home. Then I help you make food and behavioral choices that suit your lifestyle today, yet are easy enough to sustain for life.

How I work

You can work with me one-on-one or in a small group. We’ll start with an initial consultation to discuss your history and personal goals – which may include weight loss, introducing new foods to your family or just eating healthier. From there, we’ll create a personalized nutrition plan to help you reach your goals, and make lasting lifestyle changes to keep you healthy and balanced.
